Terms of Use are entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and TaVa Exchange Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TaVa Exchange”). By accessing, downloading, using, or clicking on “I agree” to accept any TaVa Exchange Services provided by TaVa Exchange, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy. In addition, when using some features of the Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions specifically applicable to those features. Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of the TaVa Exchange. THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION. The terms of the arbitration provision are set forth in Article 10, “Resolving Disputes: Forum, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver”, hereunder. As with any asset, the values of Digital Currencies (as defined below) may fluctuate significantly and there is a substantial risk of economic losses when purchasing, selling, holding, or Staking in Digital Currencies. BY MAKING USE OF TaVa Exchange SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISK RELATED TO THE USE OF TaVa Exchange SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES; AND (3) TaVa Exchange SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES THEREOF. By accessing, using, or attempting to use TaVa Exchange Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access TaVa Exchange Portal or utilize TaVa Exchange services.

1. DEFINITIONS  
   1. TaVa Exchange independently operates an ecosystem comprising of:
   2. A comprehensive and interconnected framework incorporating a multitude of entities, including corporations, collaborative partnerships, joint ventures, promising business prospects, investment initiatives, vibrant communities, and interconnected relationships. This comprehensive ecosystem intertwines these various elements fostering collaborative endeavors, mutual growth, and interdependent interactions across multiple business dimensions;
   3. Digital platforms that include, but are not limited to websites (whose domain names include but are not limited to https://tavaexchange.com/), mobile applications, clients, applets, and other applications developed to offer TaVa Exchange. It also includes independently operated platforms, websites, and clients within the ecosystem. TaVa Exchange users encompass all parties responsible for operating TaVa Exchange and providing Services;
2. GENERAL USE AND RESTRICTIONS

• In the event of any inconsistency between relevant terms of use of the above platforms and the contents of these Terms, the respective applicable terms of such platforms shall prevail.

1. 1. Neobank refers to a fintech platform offering digital financial services without physical branch locations. TaVa Exchange operates as a Neobank, having similar traits as a bank through its Fintech platform, yet without holding the licenses of a traditional bank. Additionally, TaVa Exchange collaborates with traditional banks to complement any necessary services as required.
   2. TaVa Exchange Wallet refers to the foundational virtual wallets which are opened by TaVa Exchange for Clients to record on TaVa Exchange their interaction of TaVa Exchange Services, transactions, asset changes and basic information.
   3. TaVa Exchange Services refer to various services provided to you by TaVa Exchange that are based on Internet and/or Smart Chain Technologies and offered via TaVa Exchange websites, mobile applications, clients, and other forms (including future additions enabled by future technological development).
   4. TaVa ExchangePlatform Rules refer to all rules, interpretations, announcements, statements, letters of consent, and other content that has been and will be subsequently released by TaVa Exchange, as well as all regulations, implementation rules, product process descriptions, and announcements published on our website or within products or service processes.
   5. Crypto Asset (cryptocurrency, crypto, digital asset, cryptographic unit) is an asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses strong cryptography to secure transactions, control the creation of additional units, and verify the transfer of assets.
   6. KYC refers to the “Know-your-customer” process that TaVa Exchange has implemented before entering a business relationship or conducting transactions with its Users/Clients. As part of the process, TaVa Exchange may do the necessary to identify Users/Clients, verify their identity, scrutinize, and investigate User/Client transactions, or comply with any applicable law or regulation.
   7. Loan/Lending refers to TaVa Exchange lending Digital Currencies to Users/Clients.
   8. Users/Clients refer to all individuals, institutions or organizations that access, download, or use TaVa Exchange or TaVa Exchange Services and who meet the criteria and conditions stipulated by TaVa Exchange.
   9. Smart Chain refers to a blockchain-based system that integrates various cutting-edge technologies to create intelligent, secure, and efficient solutions for industries.
   10. Smart Contracts refer to a self-executing contract with predefined rules encoded into the blockchain

3. GENERAL USE AND RESTRICTIONS The Website and the information contained therein is intended for information purposes only and is provided as a service to TaVa Exchange members, clients, users, and other interested parties. No portion of the Website should be considered a solicitation to buy or an offer to sell a security, or any other product or service, to any person in any jurisdiction where such offer, solicitation, purchase, or sale would be deemed unlawful under the securities laws of such jurisdiction. The Website is not intended to provide tax, legal, investment, or insurance advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether the product and services described on the Website are appropriate for your specific situation. You should consult an attorney or tax professional regarding your legal or tax situation prior to acting based on information obtained from the Website. 3.1. LIMITED LICENSE Restrictions on Use of Websites. Subject to your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use in their entirety, as well as any other rules, procedures, policies, terms, and conditions that govern all or a portion of the Website, TaVa Exchange grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, store, bookmark, download, and print the content within the Website for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use or as expressly authorised by TaVa Exchange in writing. You agree not to access or use the Website for any other purpose including, without limitation, any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Use or that is otherwise unlawful. You are not authorized to alter, modify, or create derivative works of any such content without obtaining the express written permission from TaVa Exchange. You further agree not to, without obtaining express written permission:

• use any of our trademarks as metatags on other websites.
• use the Website in any manner that is illegal or impairs its operation or availability or usage by others.
• display any part of the Website in frames (or any content thereof via in-line links).
• use or access, or attempt to use or access, any portion of the Website for which registration is required, unless you are a Registered User.

• RESTRICTED AREA

Certain portions of the Website may be accessible only to users who register to use those portions of the Website (“Registered Users”). Unauthorized use of the restricted portions of the Website (“Restricted Area”), including, but not limited to, unauthorized entry, misuse of usernames or passwords, or misuse of any information contained in the Restricted Area, is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Restricted Area through hacking, password mining, or any other means. If you register to use the Restricted Area, you will be issued a username and password to access the Restricted Area. However, we may terminate your status as a Registered User for any or no reason with or without notice to you, and you agree not to access the Restricted Area at any time after such termination. Termination of your access to and use of the Website shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination or limit any liability that you otherwise may have to TaVa Exchange. You agree to protect your username and password by, among other things, keeping them confidential and not sharing them with any other person except your directors, trustees, employees, representatives, agents, and financial, legal or tax advisors, or others with whom you share asset decision making and who need to know such information. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspicious or unauthorized use of your username, password, or account. TaVa Exchange has no obligation to inquire as to the authority or propriety of any use or action taken under your password and will not be responsible for any loss to you arising from any such use or action or from your failure to comply with the above.

• PERFORMANCE

Any performance data expressed on the Website is an indication of past historical performance and does not indicate or guarantee future results. TaVa Exchange advises all users of the Website that there is a possibility of loss of all assets and clients principal is not guaranteed. Additionally, TaVa Exchange engages in certain strategies that may involve assets that are illiquid and may be subject to heightened risk of loss, and as such these assets may not be suitable for many clients.

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its content, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be used, copied, distributed, imitated, or posted, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided herein. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, all rights pertaining to the Website and its content are expressly reserved by TaVa Exchange.

• THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

TaVa Exchange may use third party service providers, vendors, and licensors to assist in providing you with the web-based accounting service supplied on the Website (the “Service Providers”). You hereby agree that the terms and conditions herein, including any warranty and liability disclaimers, insure to the benefit of such Service Providers, and that such Service Providers are deemed to be third party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use.

• LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES

We may provide hyperlinks to other websites and Internet resources operated by third parties. We have no control over such websites and resources or their privacy policies. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only and their inclusion does not imply any sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of the material on such websites or with their operators. Material contained in linked websites does not necessarily reflect the views of TaVa Exchange and we provide no warranty or representation in relation to the accuracy or completeness of such material.

• LINKS TO THIS WEBSITE FROM OTHER WEBSITES

You shall not display hyperlinks on your websites to any website owned or operated by TaVa Exchange. Access to the TaVa Exchange website does not authorise you to use any of TaVa Exchange’s names, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material, and you agree not to do so without TaVa Exchange’s express written consent.

• SUBMISSIONS

You agree that no comments or materials sent to TaVa Exchange, including feedback data such as completed questionnaires, forms, questions, comments, or suggestions (collectively “Feedback”) submitted by you to this Website will violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Feedback you submit.

• MONITORING ACTIVITY ON THE WEBSITE

TaVa Exchange may:

• monitor and record activity on the Website for any or no reason.
• investigate any complaint or reported violation of our policies.
• report any activity that we suspect may violate any law or regulation to appropriate regulatory authorities.
• suspend or terminate use of the Website, deny access to all or part of the Website, or take any other action that we deem appropriate.

• NO WARRANTIES

• Limitation of Liability. The information contained on the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TaVa Exchange may, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue the Website, or any part thereof, with or without given notice. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of the Website. Further more, we do not guarantee or warrant that any aspect of the Website will work effectively, accurately or will be continuously available. We hereby disclaim any and all warranties and representations, whether express or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of merchantability, reasonable care, security, quality, timeliness, availability, completeness, reliability, accuracy, and/or fitness for a particular purpose, in every instance in respect of the Website. Furthermore, we expressly disclaim any and all warranties of title and/or non-infringement in respect of the Website. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, in which case this provision may not apply to you.Except where prohibited by law, in no event will TaVa Exchange be liable for:

1. a) any damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from, or related to, the loss, delay, or inability to use the Website, the loss of any content obtained through the Website, or the inaccuracy of any content, or

(b) any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits arising out of or in any way connected with these Terms of Use or otherwise arising out of the use or performance of the Website, in each of (a) and (b) above whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise incurred.

• INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TaVa Exchange and its officers, agents, associates, partners, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, and expenses, including penalties, interest, and attorney fees, incurred by TaVa Exchange in connection with any claim made by a third party due to or arising out of your Feedback: your use of the Website including any use by your employees: or your breach of these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, your violation or infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights.

• FORCE MAJEURE

TaVa Exchange shall not be liable for any failure or delay in its performance under these Terms of Use that is due to any event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, explosion, unavailability of utilities, Internet delays and failures, telecommunication failures, unobtainable of components, labour difficulties, war, riot, acts of God, judgment, or government instructions.

• ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use including, without limitation, any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Website from time to time, contain the full understanding with respect to your use and access of the Website.

• SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid or unenforceable portion shall be modified in accordance with the applicable law as close as possible to reflect the original intention of the applicable provision, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

• WAIVER

The failure of TaVa Exchange to insist upon or enforce strict adherence from you to any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. None of the rights or remedies conferred by these Terms of Use is exclusive of any other right or remedy conferred herein or by law or in equity. If TaVa Exchange were to bring any suit against a Client to enforce these Terms of Use or otherwise in connection with their use and access of the Website, you agree that if TaVa Exchange were to prevail in such a suit, we shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses incurred in such a suit, including reasonable attorney fees.

• ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have on your account or under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of TaVa Exchange.

• APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use, and all matters arising out of or relating to the Website, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South-Africa, without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions thereof. Any suit against TaVa Exchange for claims arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms of Use must be brought to the Gauteng Provincial Division of the High Court of the Republic of South-Africa (Pretoria), unless no subject matter jurisdiction exists, in which case such suit must be submitted in the Cayman Islands.

• LIMITATION OF ACTIONS

Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, no claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or the Terms of Use may be brought more than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action has arisen.

3. TAVA EXCHANGE REGISTRATION AND REQUIREMENTS
   • For a TaVa Exchange wallet at https://tavaexchange.com/ all Users / Clients must accept the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and other TaVa Exchange Platform Rules.
   • You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering.
   • By registering with TaVa Exchange it will be deemed your responsibility and obligation to provide personal information for identity verification.
   • We will collect, use, and share such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition to providing such information, you agree to allow us to keep record of that information during the period in which your wallet is active and within five (5) years after your wallet is closed, in compliance with global industry standards on data storage.

AFTER REGISTRATION, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION IS TRUE, COMPLETE, AND TIMELY UPDATED WHEN CHANGED. IF THERE ARE ANY GROUNDS FOR BELIEVING THAT ANY OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IS INCORRECT, FALSE, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPLETE, TAVA EXCHANGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEND YOU A NOTICE TO DEMAND CORRECTION, DIRECTLY DELETE THE RELEVANT INFORMATION, AND, AS THE CASE MAY BE, TERMINATE ALL OR PART OF TAVA EXCHANGE SERVICES WE PROVIDE FOR YOU. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH YOU WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED, YOU SHALL BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR EXPENSE CAUSED TO TAVA EXCHANGE DURING YOUR USE OF TAVA EXCHANGE SERVICES. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE THE OBLIGATION TO UPDATE ALL THE INFORMATION IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE. BY REGISTERING A WALLET, YOU HEREBY AUTHORISE TAVA EXCHANGE TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS THAT TAVA EXCHANGE CONSIDERS NECESSARY, EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY OR PROTECT YOU, OTHER USERS AND/OR TAVA EXCHANGE FROM FRAUD OR OTHER FINANCIAL CRIMES, AND TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTIONS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF SUCH INVESTIGATIONS. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO CREDIT BUREAUS AND AGENCIES FOR FRAUD PREVENTION OR FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION, WHICH MAY COMPLY AND ADHERE TO OUR INVESTIGATIONS IN FULL.  

• The TaVa Exchange wallet can only be used by the wallet registrant.
• TaVa Exchange reserves the right to suspend, freeze or cancel the use of a TaVa Exchange wallet by persons other than the wallet registrant.
• If you suspect or become aware of any unauthoriSed use of your username and password, you should notify TaVa Exchange immediately.
• TaVa Exchange assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of TaVa Exchange wallet by you or any third party without your authorization.

 

4. LIABILITIES

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TAVA EXCHANGE SERVICES, TAVA EXCHANGE MATERIALS AND ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR OTHER ITEM PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TAVA EXCHANGE ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND TAVA EXCHANGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU WAIVE, ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TAVA EXCHANGE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE, TAVA EXCHANGE OR TAVA EXCHANGE MATERIALS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

2. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAVA EXCHANGE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE CLIENTS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, INFORMATION, CAPITAL, REWARDS OR OTHER BUSINESSES OR FINANCIAL BENEFITS) ARISING OUT OF TAVA EXCHANGE, ANY PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF TAVA EXCHANGE, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, SERVICE OR OTHER ITEM PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TAVA EXCHANGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY EVEN IF TAVA EXCHANGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OF A FINAL JUDICIAL DETERMINATION THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE A RESULT OF TAVA EXCHANGE’s GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR INTENTIONAL VIOLATION OF LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL THE LIABILITY OF TAVA EXCHANGE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE CLIENTS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS OR CONTRACTORS ARISING OUT OF SERVICES OFFERED BY OR ON BEHALF OF TAVA EXCHANGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, ANY PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF TAVA EXCHANGE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, SERVICE OR OTHER ITEM, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO TAVA EXCHANGE UNDER THESE TERMS IN THE TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM FOR LIABILITY.

5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• SUSPENSION OF TAVA EXCHANGE WALLET/REWARDS

If TaVa Exchange suspects any such wallets to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations, TaVa Exchange shall have the right to immediately suspend your wallet or rewards, freeze or lock the Crypto Asset in all such wallets, and suspend your access to TaVa Exchange for any reason: You agree that TaVa Exchange shall not be liable to you for any permanent or temporary modification of your TaVa Exchange wallet, or suspension or termination of your access to all or any portion of TaVa Exchange Services. TaVa Exchange shall reserve the right to keep and use the transaction data or other information related to such TaVa Exchange wallets. The above wallet controls may also be applied in the following cases:

• The TaVa Exchange wallet is subject to governmental proceedings, criminal investigation, or other pending litigation.
• We detect unusual activities in the wallet.
• We detect unauthorized access to the wallet.
• We are required to do so by a court order of command by a regulatory/government authority.

• CANCELLATION OF TAVA EXCHANGE WALLET

In the event of the following occurring, TaVa Exchange shall have the right to directly terminate these Terms by cancelling your TaVa Exchange wallet, and shall use the right but not the obligation to permanently freeze the authorizations of your TaVa Exchange wallet on the Platform and withdraw the corresponding TaVa Exchange wallet thereof:

• After TaVa Exchange terminates services to you.
• You allegedly register or register in any other person’s name as a TaVa Exchange user again, directly or indirectly.
• The information that you provided is untruthful, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.
• When these Terms are amended, you state your unwillingness to accept the amended Terms by applying for cancellation of your wallet or by other means.
• You request that TaVa Exchange services be terminated; and
• Any other circumstances where TaVa Exchange deems it should terminate TaVa Exchange Services.

6. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

TaVa Exchange does not act in the capacity of being your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you in connection with any services or other decisions or activities affected by your use of TaVa Exchange Services. No communication or information provided to the Client by TaVa Exchange this intended as, or shall be considered or construed as, investment advice, financial advice, staking advice, or any other kind of advice. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, the onus lies with the Client should consult legal or tax professionals regarding their specific situation. TaVa Exchange will not be held responsible for the decisions a client makes make to buy, sell, or stake Digital Assets based on any information provided by TaVa Exchange.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS

It is Users/Clients are responsible to abide by local laws in relation to the legal usage of TaVa Exchange Services in their local jurisdiction as well as other laws and regulations applicable to Users/Clients. Users/Clients must also consider, to the extent of their local laws, all aspects of taxation, the withholding, collection, reporting and remittance to their appropriate tax authorities. ALL USERS/CLIENTS OF TAVA EXCHANGE ACKNOWLEDGE AND DECLARE THAT THEIR CAPITAL COMES FROM LEGITIMATE SOURCES AND DO NOT ORIGINATE FROM ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES; USERS/CLIENTS AGREE THAT TAVA EXCHANGE WILL REQUIRE OF THEM TO PROVIDE OR OTHERWISE COLLECT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AS PER RELEVANT LAWS OR GOVERNMENT ORDERS TO VERIFY THE LEGALITY OF THE SOURCES AND USE OF THEIR CAPITAL.

8. REDEEMING REWARDS

Redeeming rewards to your wallet refers to the act of utiliSing or exchanging earned rewards that have been accumulated through the TaVa Exchange rewards system. The process of redeeming rewards allows individuals to claim the reward into their wallet.
